I WANT TO BURN INDIAN CONSTITUTION

Dr.B.R.AMBEDKAR

WHY DID BABA SAHEB DR.BR.AMBEDKAR SAYS THAT HE SHALL BE THE FIRST TO BURN INDIAN CONSTITUTION

Why did the father of Indian Constitution use to say that he shall be the first person to burn this Constitution.

I Shall be the First Person to Burn It Out

"It is by placating the sentiments of smaller communities and smaller people who are afraid that the majority may do wrong, that the British Parliament works. Sir, my friends tell me that I have made the Constitution. But I am quite prepared to say that I shall be the first person to burn it outI do not want it. It does not suit anybody. But whatever that may be, if our people want to carry on, they must not forget that there are majorities and there are minorities, and they simply cannot ignore the minorities by saying, “Oh, no. To recognise you is to harm democracy.” I should say that the greatest harm will come by injuring the minorities.

Dr BR Ambedkar in the Rajya Sabha on                                              2 September. 1953

The above speech was delivered On September 2 in 1953.while debating how a Governor in the country should be invested with more powers, Dr. Ambedkar argued strongly in favour of amending the constitution.

This statement made by Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar has always been distorted

This statement made by Babasaheb      Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar has always been distorted by  MANNUWADIS

The Followers of racial legislation book mannu-samriti

This statement made by Dr.AMBEDKAR. were distorted and misused by the opponents from time to time with fabricated arguments and other extra-fatal tactics against the Constitution. Even today this trend continues unabated. Mannuwadis took equality as nemesis. Whosoever try to talk about equality is their enemy. Mannuwadis would tried hard to break them and to defeat them. They will distort opponent's ideology Which has been the basic policy of these Mannuwadis.

Whether it was, The knowledge, enlightenment and wisdom  of The Buddha or The Success story, glory or the rise of The Mauryan Empire, they used the same strategy of manipulation to deceive, rob, and persecute the indigenous people of India. Which continues unabated......!!                                                                  The way they transformed the scientific philosophy of The Buddha into the so-called Vedic religion or civilization, which emerged as the root of India's ensuing poverty and philosophical misery.

By merging knowledge, meditation, and science of The Buddha into fake absurd stories, they misled the Indian natives. Which became the foundation of today's Hypocritical, Superstitious, and Communally Radical INDIA Which is still internally killing the subcontinent like a cancer

The Constitution of India has been on the target of right wing radicals from day one. Their main aim is to dismantle this Constitution. In order to achieve this goal, Mannuwadis have been constantly using a variety of tactics.

Some of these tactics are as follows:

Defaming the Constitution.

To incapacitate the faith of public.

Never allow the Constitution to come into full force.

Dismantle the four pillars of democracy one by one.

!!Defaming the Constitution!!

To spread false propaganda and  misinformation that The Indian Constitution is merely a copy of English law. Wich is totally false, absurd and fabricated by right wing radical Mannuwadis

They promote this Misinterpretation on the name of the Act 1935 to propagate among Indians that it was imposed on us. The Act 1935 of course came into existence during the British rule but the fact was hidden as to what the Act was and why it was enacted.

(WILL BE INVESTIGATED SOON)

----
To incapacitate the faith of public in the law by calling the Constitution the law of the British.

Some Fake, noxious, and planted intellectuals In India cursing day and night by calling this great book of equality, justice and human welfare, just a bundle of laws gathered from here and there, but I would like to tell them that they are the victims of intellectual misery.
Those people seem incapable of understanding the basic spirit of the Indian Constitution.Which is a union of justice, liberty, fraternity, equality, and sovereignty to all the people of India.

justice
liberty
fraternity
Sovereignty
Equality
"

Justice --:social,economic,and political
Liberty --: of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship.
Fraternity --:assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the nation
Sovereignty --: to all the indians

Without any discrimination on the basis of gender, origin, religion, region, or caste. This is the beauty of the indian Constitution.
Which is intolerable for the right wing radical Mannuwadis. Surely why would they like or appreciate this kind of statute book? Which flattens everyone because they will never accept equality and justice.
Equality, justice, and sovereignty to all is not favourable for Mannuwadis as they have been in power for more then 3000 years. They were and are in a position of power due to divisions created with the help of bigotry, misconceptions, racial mentality, and most importantly absurd religious concoctions . A web of religious sentiments, an identity that is absolutely fake but still feels realistic and sacred.
They did it very well in the past and it still continues. They use every aspect of life to manipulates the natives. They have used everything bureaucracy, judiciary, politics, books, newspapers, radio, television, Films, internet and much more. Every single option we can't even think of. They are playing the master card of religion to attract and manipulating the natives as per their desire.

Dr.Ambedkar took inspiration from various Constitutions

The qualities of other Constitutions Dr.AMBEDKAR inspired from are describe below.

It has the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS of USA

Principles of LIBERTY FRATERNITY and EQUALITY of France .

The PARLIAMENTARY FORM OF GOVERNMENT of Britain

The DIRECTIVE PRINCIPLE of Ireland.

Dr.Ambedkar took inspiration from the best each Constitution had to offer to design the best Constitution ever made in the entire human history and being nominated as the best Constitution consecutively for approximately 50 years proves it.

So, in my opinion Indian Constitution is The Best Constitution In human history

The framer of the Constitution of India, said that

“I feel, however good a constitution may be, it is sure to turn out bad because those who are called to work it , happen to be a bad lot. However bad a constitution may be ,it may turn out to be good if those who are called to work it, happen to be a good lot"
                                 --  Dr.B. R.Ambedkar--

Caste of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar

The real issue for the so-called intellectuals is not the law in the Constitution but the caste of the author of the Constitution. Because according to the conservative Orthodox legislation book Manusmriti, Dr.AMBEDKAR belongs to a community which considered as untouchable.

The abolition of the old      conservative legislation Manun-smriti(old racist rule-book) inspires them to hate and stand against Dr.Ambedkar and his Constitution
----
They Never allow the Constitution to come into force in its entirety
The Indian Constitution has the distinction of being the best constitution in the world. Which is a matter of great pride for every Indian. The Indian constitution is the world's longest for a sovereign nation.

At its enactment, it had 395 articles in 22 parts and 8 schedules. At about 14,500 words, it is the second longest active constitution after the Constitution of Alabama in the world.

THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA has a Preamble and 470 articles, which are grouped into  25 parts. With 12 schedules and 5 appendicesit has been amended 105 times the latest amendment became effective on 10 August 2010.

But it can only be called the unfortunate irony of India that The land of Buddha turned into a bloodbath battlefield. The root causes of this change are religious fanaticism, inequality, illiteracy, hypocrisy, and Hero-worshiping, as well as other reasons. The framers of the Indian Constitution examined these causes properly and made the necessary resolutions. If the Indian Constitution had been fully implemented there in the Indian subcontinent, India would have undoubtedly been established as a world power today.  THE WISWAGURU" INDIA
Is now Became merely a developing country in the books. And the credit goes to a bunch of
Radical morons artificial intellectuals  The MANNUWADIS..................

They Captured and hijacked to dismantle the four pillars of democracy one by one.

The Indian Constitution was flouted through false propaganda. Do not allow any constitutional right to be vindicated with the intention of proving this Constitution to be null and void.

How did they do it  ?

I am trying my best to explain it.
I am not sure how successful I will be but yes at least my readers should have an idea about what is actually going on around

The Executive powers -:
The president's post is considered to be the highest office in India. Hon'ble President has been called the first person of the country. His Excellency has been appointed as the commander-in-chief of all the three forces of the subcontinent. His Excellency is able to challenge the decision of the Supreme Court. The primary duty of the president is to preserve, protect and defend the constitution and the law of India [Article 60]. The president appoints the Chief Justice of India and other judges on the advice of the chief justice. The President may dismiss a judge with a two-thirds vote of the two Houses of the parliament. Of course this is not the end there a number of  more powers held by his majesty.

But unfortunately often in the political corridors and in the masses, the office of the President is condemned and criticized as a Powerless king or a Rubber Stamp. Which is an unfortunate and absurd thought.

Here we all need to know that inspite of giving all these powers to the office of the president our Constitution, not being unaware of situations such as a dictatorship, or a military state or coup by the military, examines the powers of the presidency in a close scrutiny which is indicative of the foresight of the Constitution of india and it's farmers . Someone capable of thinking deeply sees it as the result of our Constitution's far-reaching and resolved vision of not giving all in all power to a single post or office.

This the misfortune of subcontinent that less powerful personals were appointed as President who were not capable enough to take decisions upto the mark or who can't understand mannuwad at its root. They can't take stand in a right way and on the right time against the opponents of equality and justice .

A recent example of this is former President Hon'ble Ram Nath Kovind, who along with his wife had to face Caste base Discrimination in Jagannath puri Temple in puri district, Odisha on 18th of March 2018. Which is one of the major pilgrimage of Hindus. An iconic place in hindu religion.

There are two very specific topics that are disturbing in all this sequence of events. The first is the stifled attitude of the Hon'ble President. The hushed phenomenon of the Office of the President, which is a clear desecration of the constitutional office of the President. Why should this sacrilege not be considered as a diplomatic attack against the glory of his majesty's great office?   It is the misfortune of India that the Hon'ble President and the Supreme Court of india seem to be hell bent on distorting, displacing, and maligning the dignity, credence and accountability of their own offices. Which in no way can be a pro-democracy phenomenon.

The Legislature -:  Legislature of the Union, which is called Parliament, consists of the President and two Houses, known as Council of States (Rajya Sabha) and House of the People (Lok Sabha). Each House has to meet within six months of its previous sitting. The organization or unit of a political system that has the right to make, change and remove laws and public policies. Members of a legislature are called legislators.

Now look at the level of thinking of india's political class. They does not seem to be a supporter or observer of the democratic structure in any way. For example, take a look at the three bills/laws which are reflecting the real face of the political leadership and the real intentions of the presiding class

A Bharatiya Janata Party government will pick up infiltrators one by one and throw them into the Bay of Bengal."

-- Amit Shah, then President of the BJP, April 2019.

This is the level of political will.!!!

It is a scheme for the public and voters.!!!

Don't they need the public

and their vote   ?

"The prime minister might say there is nothing to fear but do you see what is happening in Assam? ... People are being forcefully evicted from their houses, detained."

-- Mohammed Naeem, a protester, December 2019.

You have read above is The secularism of the current leadership

Now take a look at the vision of current political leadership regarding the soul of india

Farming and Farmers are the soul of India
That's why India raised the slogan
"NO FARMER NO FOOD"

Farming and farmers are the soul of India. We have been hearing since childhood that India lives in villages. If you want to enslave India, take control of agriculture in your own hands. The framers of our Constitution were well aware of this fact. Keeping this fact in mind, the contours of the laws in the Indian Constitution were framed with great care and sensitivity with respect to the farmers.

Now take a look at the vision of current political leadership regarding the soul of india

This is unfortunate for indian subcontinent that the current law makers are quite different. They are willing to take the farming to another level, the another level of destruction, misery, and suffering
Check out the anecdote

 AGRICULTURE BILLS (FARM BILL)
            INDIAN AGRICULTURE ACT 2020

The present government has completely rejected agriculture, which is called the soul of India. Today, all the machinery and power of the government has bent on selling the farmers and agriculture to the capitalists.  The 11-month-long nationwide    ( KISAN AANDOLAN ) farmer agitation can be seen as the prime avidence of the dastardly deal that claimed the sacrifices of over 700 farmers. They forced lakhs of farmers from all parts of the country to sit on the streets for justice. The phenomenon of governments treating farmers as enemies is far from human values, let alone constitutional values.
The farmers were beaten up, arrested, defamed and finally an attempt was made to kill all of them during the FARMER PROTEST INDIA

                                                                                                           Photos From Google.

All the Three laws said above are completely contrary to basic spirit and the ideological values of the india and the Constitution of India. Which is proving the fear expressed by Dr.Ambedkar to be true after decades.
The bad condition of this country today is due to the bad, irresponsible and incompetent hands that were mentioned by Bharat Ratna, the owner of that great, rational and intellectual personality.
Indian political parties are killing the basic spirit of the Constitution every minute. They all are working in completely contradictive spirit of unnatural divisions of religion, caste and community. It is merely impossible to differentiate the black sheeps

As I raised a question above that
Don't they need the public and their vote?

In fact they don't need them because they have EVMs as a solution to the democratic voting system

The Judiciary  -: This is the most trusted and the reliable name for every indian but again indian democracy is under threat from very first day of it's independence.
Judiciary of india is paralyzed by MANNUWADIS  in a tactful way they acquire all the jury with the help of collegium system. Which can not considered as Pro-democracy Or transperent at allFor indian sub-continent this diabolical play COLLEGIUM SYSTEM is alike Malediction which killed the spirit of justice, equality, and sovereignty with a misleading constitutional hand trick.
They destroyed the democratic and independent spirit of justice in the country. In the name of so-called judicial independence

The Press -: The press or the media is considered to be the fourth pillar of democracy. It is the duty of the press/media to represent public views and reviews.                 It is the duty of the press to criticize and praise the executive, legislature and judiciary according to their performance.
It is the fundamental responsibility of the press/media to keep a close watch on every aspect of the freedom and sovereignty of every single person in the nation. These are the basic tenets of the press/media globally.

But the exact opposite is true in India. All the major media houses are sitting in the lap of corporate and political parties and they are singing and dancing at the fingertips of certain people. The Indian press/media is not concerned about what the government is doing and why.
Most of our media houses are owned by a few corporates who are sponsors of political parties. It made the Indian press/media a political lickspittle.
That is why indian press/media is called
Godi media the Lapdog med!a

The Indian press/media is bound to help the present government in easily selling government entities like , Airways, Railways, and HAIL etc. This deceitful bunch in the name of development swallows up the Indian economy and real growth.
The Indian press/media is playing an important role in making India hypocritical and superstitious by showing such cheap things as astrology, superstitious shows and the broadcast of bigotry, absurdity is the backbone of these so-called news channels and newspapers. This noxious, deceitful and auctioned journalism is killing the masses every day with the poisonous teeth of lust, violence, mutual hatred, superstitions, hypocrisy, lies, communalism, religious contradiction and casteism. The press/media is seems to be aim less and shameless . Which is very much tragic for the country.

Now coming back to our question that why? Dr.Ambedkar a prime farmer of constitution said to burnt out the book that is most awaited gift of the sub continent All the facts I have talk about are relating to the affirmation of Dr.Ambedkar.  As he was fully awaked and awear of the fact that the temple of God is acquired by devil but there was no option to ejection of the evil he admit this while delivering a speech in the rajyasabha

Two years later, on 19 March 1955, A Congressman Dr Anup Singh, a Rajya Sabha member from Punjab, brought up Ambedkar’s remark, when the Fourth Amendment Bill was being discussed. Dr Singh asked, “Last time when you spoke, you said that you would burn the Constitution.”

19.march.1955

Do you want a reply to that? I would give it to you right here. My friend says that the last time when I spoke, I said that I wanted to burn the Constitution. Well, in a hurry I did not explain the reason. Now that my friend has given me the opportunity, I think I shall give the reason. The reason is this: We built a temple for god to come in and reside, but before the god could be installed, if the devil had taken possession of it, what else could we do except destroy the temple? We did not intend that it should be occupied by the Asuras. We intended it to be occupied by the Devas. That’s the reason why I said I would rather like to burn it.

Dr BR Ambedkar in the Rajya Sabha on

                                         19 March 1955

With this answer, Dr. Ambedkar very accurately and clearly depicted the far-reaching plight of India. With this answer, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar has exposed the grim face of independent India's impending misfortune

As far as I have been able to understand the current political and social conditions of the Indian subcontinent. I can say that Dr. Ambedkar wanted to explain to the people of India through the above statement that liberation, rationality and goodness are possible not only by making a good Constitution, but also by carefully and fully understanding it and applying it with faith and honesty. Otherwise, even the best of the best will prove to be good for nothing .
